Detached house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of a small rural town, but only forty minutes by rail from London.
The house has two double and two single bedrooms, a lounge, a formal dining room, and a large kitchen with a separate breakast room. There is also a music room/study with a computer.
Garden with patio/decking area for summer barbecues.
Our Neighbourhood
Quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the north Hampshire countryside.
Fleet is forty minutes by rail from London, and thirty minutes from London Heathrow airport.
Within an hour by car is the historic coastal town of Portsmouth, Windsor Castle, the Jurassic coast of Dorset, Stonehenge, and Oxford.
About Us
My wife and I are retired, with a son in Brisbane and a daughter due to start college in Sydney in February 2011. She has a partner, and two children aged 7 and 9.
We are looking for a property to exchange, to enable our daughter to look for a more permanent place to rent near Randwick College, and to give as a holiday in Sydney.
