Located just fifty metres from the Saint-Fargeau metro station and close to tramway and Place Gambetta, this part of Paris is renowned for its friendliness and its cultural richness.

The twentieth arondissement has more than fifteen theatres, hundreds of affordable restaurants, and music and entertainment venues which are famous all over Paris, such as La Bellevilloise, the Mama Shelter, La Maroquinerie, La Flèche d'Or, etc.

It's also a very convenient central location which allows you to get around Paris and its surroundings quickly and easily: the Bois de Vincennes and its summer Jazz Festival, for example, is just ten minutes away.

About Us

We are a couple with two children: a 11 years old girl and an 9 years old boy. I am manager à social health security, and my wife is a manager in an airline company.
