We have a great studio in New York City, on East 23rd Street, between Park Avenue and Lexington Street. It's an almost new unit (actually 5 years old), with a balcony overlooking 23rd Street. modern kitchen, It is tastefully furnished, with a modern kitchen, full amenities, WiFi access, and a sofa bed.

Our Neighbourhood

A few steps from the subway (4-5-6 line), and conveniently located for the Northern Railway. Very close to Union Square, Grammercy Park, Flatiron, Madison Park and Chelsea, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The Empire State Building and the Flatiron Building are within minutes.

About Us

We are a couple who live primarily in San Francisco, but we also spend much time in New York City, where we have a pied-à-terre.

We own and operate our own fiduciary services company, based in San Francisco, which allows us to travel, which is what we like most.

More about us

Dodge, our dog, usually stays at home with a family, but ever so often he chooses to fly back to the city, when he wants to just get away.

We are non-smokers.
