Charming Parisian apartment, just 5 minutes from metro station, for easy and quick access to all the unforgettable sites of the capital.
Within walking distance of Père Lachaise, and within easy reach of Bastille and Nation.
The apartment, 60 m2, consists of a kitchen, a lounge with a small balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player, freezer, refrigerator, etc.
Another point: It is CALM, since it faces an interior courtyard, and is thus protected from all the street noise.
We would like to exchange our apartment for the first week of August 2009.

Vibrant and friendly district, with all amenities: restaurants, post offices, markets, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.
About Us
We are a young couple without children, and we hope to exchange our apartment during the month of August, to enable us to explore some French region which is different from the one where we live.
The exchange does not necessarily have to be simultaneous, since we are looking for somewhere for the first week of August, but our apartment will be free both the following weeks too.
