Lovely new duplex of 85 m2 in Paris with a terrace of 20 m2 with a view of the Sacré Coeur.

The apartment is at the foot of Montmartre and has a private entrance (like a house). And it is decorated with works by Philip.

The neighbourhood is nice, in a small pedestrian street, close to nice shops.

It is a very pleasant, sunny and very colourful apartment, with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Montmarte is just 5 minutes away, and Pigalle is 15 minutes' walk away.

Les Halles is 15 minutes away by metro.

Very close to Montmartre, with its cafes, restaurants and very picturesque shops. And at the same time close to the concert venues.

You are in one of the most picturesque districts of Paris, and just 15 minutes from the Louvre and Saint-Germain-des-Prés by direct metro line.

I am Artistic Director for an association. Philip is a sculptor, and Théophile, our little boy, is 4 years old.

We especially love beautiful things and beautiful places.
