This home is available for short-term rental for e.g. a family who want to holiday or work in London, and just need to bring their suitcase!

We will provide bedding, towels and kitchenware, and all we ask is that you treat it like your home, whilst having a secure and pleasant base at half the price of a hotel or less.

Our Neighbourhood

High Barnet is a middle-class suburb of London, although actually in Hertfordshire.

It is safe and clean, with young families and retired folk.

Six minutes' walk to the Northern Line tube, which takes you into central London in forty minutes.

Motorway exits nearby for the M25, M1, A1 etc, for quick car journeys to any part of the United Kingdom.

We are a professional couple in our early sixties.

My husband is retired, and I myself (Helena) am self-employed.

Our interests are many and varied, and we like travelling.

Currently we are looking for a preferably simultaneous exchange for the months of January and February 2018, preferably with somewhere with a warm temperature, though not Australia or New Zealand at this point.
