Our home is 5 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, 4,200 sq ft, located in beautiful Solana Beach. You can look out from all the living areas through huge picture windows along the entire length of our home to incredible panoramic ocean views.

The deck outside the living room has amazing ocean views, an outdoor fireplace, a great barbecue, an eating table for 6, and additional seating around the fireplace. The pool is solar-heated, and there is a great big jacuzzi, chaise lounges, and an eating table seating 4. The home is professionally decorated and only 4 years old, with a huge, kosher kitchen with granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 sinks, all stainless steel kitchen aid appliances, and a commercial-grade stove. All living areas have hardwood floors. There is a movie room, a guest bathroom done in Jerusalem stone, a master bathroom in travertine with fireplace over the jacuzzi tub, and a small exercise room with TV and DVD. Huge backyard. 4 blocks from the beach, and fabulous shopping at Cedros design district. The exchange can also include our second home in Las Vegas, and we are willing to exchange our car too!

Solana Beach is a charming seaside community, nestled along the northern coast of San Diego County. Four blocks to beautiful Fletcher Cove Beach/Park. Eclectic shopping at Cedros Design District. One mile to Del Mar Race Track. 20 minutes to downtown, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo.

About Us

We are very neat, love to travel to beautiful places, and we treat property with the utmost respect. We like nice things and will keep them that way. We also have a second home in Las Vegas that can be included in our exchange.
