Our Home

Nice house with large garden. One block from metro station. Walking distance to bank, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, convenience stores, Oratoire Saint-Joseph, Mount Royal Park. Only 15 minutes by metro from the city centre. This is a very nice residential area, very close to the action.

Montreal is a beautiful city with a very multi-ethnic population. English and French are the predominant languages. It is also a city with nice parks, many bike paths, festivals, and good restaurants (I can leave a list with suggestions). The Mount Royal, the old harbour, the Lachine rapids, Lafontaine Park, Saint-Helen and Notre-Dame islands, the Plateau, and the Village are some of the interesting areas to visit. By train, car or bus, you can visit Québec city and the beautiful lakes and mountains in the Laurentians (1½ hours from Montreal).


Our Neighbourhood

Quiet but central neighbourhood, near major transportation axes and various amenities, with some nice, interesting areas to visit, and good services. The properties are protected from modifications by the city hall, and there are no apartment buildings. The neighbours are nice and very helpful.

About Us

We are a couple with two daughters (18 and 10). I work as a physician and university professor, and my wife is at home.
