I am renting out my flat, 54 m2, located in Sceaux, a chic and small town in the suburbs of Paris, only 15 min from the city centre by metropolitan railway (RER B).
The flat has recently been refurbished and is fully furnished, quiet, warm and comfortable.
It has a large living room opening on to the kitchen with a cosy bar, a large room for 1 child and a baby, and a romantic alcove for a couple of adults, and a bathroom and a toilet.
You'll find all the usual appliances: fridge, hotplate, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, stereo, washing machine, hoover, telephone, iron and ironing board, telephone (with free calls to landline lines in Europe and US), and free hi-speed WiFi Internet access, a bike for an adult and one for a child of about 5. The flat is tobacco-free.

Our Neighbourhood
The town of Sceaux is famous for its château (10 minutes' walk away), set in a large park designed by A. Le Nôtre under Louis XIV.
The town centre (10 minutes' walk away) is pretty, with its pedestrian area, full of luxury shops such as bakeries, bookstores and chocolate sellers.
