Typically Parisian apartment: 3 rooms (bedroom + office + lounge/diner) all in a row, one after the other, plus a comfortable small kitchen, a small shower room, and a separate toilet. White walls, parquet floors.
Can sleep 4 (double bed + bed sofa or inflatable mattress for 2).
The main rooms overlook a courtyard; the apartment is very calm, bright and sunny.
On the 4th floor, without a lift.
Our Neighbourhood
The area is located between the metro Belleville metro station (Chinese restaurants and cheap market) and the Republic metro station (which has several metro lines), along Rue de Faubourg Temple, a very busy street.
6 metro lines nearby, the nearest station being Goncourt.
About Us
We are a young couple who recently moved to Paris, and we would like to swap our apartment for a great weekend (longer periods are unthinkable for the moment, for professional reasons).
A get-together might also be possible, if you want to stay a few days longer.
