I would like to swap my elegant, two-story brick house with a detached garage in Denver's historic district; near 7th Avenue, Cherry Creek and Cheesman Park. Great floor plan with large rooms and stunning French doors that lead into a lush back yard garden and patio. There are three bedrooms and a private suite in the basement.

The master suite has a relaxing sitting sunroom area and there is a first floor library with a wet bar. There is central air conditioning, burglar alarm, eating space in the kitchen and a formal dining room, beautiful hardwood floors, and an amazing 5-piece bathroom suite. This is an AMAZING renovation of a 100-year-old home in an exceptional area of Denver with some of the best sights (Denver Botanic gardens, Washington Park, Cherry Creek Golf Club, etc), restaurants, and bars.

I want to do a swap somewhere in Maine on the coast for this August or September for 2 weeks. I prefer somewhere in Blue Hill, Camden or Islesboro area and I must insist it be beachfront or oceanfront. You don't have to swap my house for the same time. You can use my house anytime between now and December.

OR I would like to find a holiday home that I can go to for the month of December. I am not picky of location, it can be anywhere in the world, but it must be WARM and tropical. It is not necessary that you swap my house at the same time. You can swap my home anytime before then, or do it at the same time.

If you're at all interested in swapping my Denver historic home for your beach or ocean front home in Maine in August or September OR a warm place in December, please let me know as soon as possible! Thanks!
