The property was completed in autumn 2004 and is part of a small residential complex with communal pool.
This 2 bedroom semi detached villa offers gracious living Spanish style.

Lounge/ Dinning room with comfortable suite, dinning table, breakfast bar, T V ( all Sky channels ) & radio, C D player and 2 ceiling fans and air conditioning ( metered )
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
Upstairs, the Master bedroom opens onto a private large balcony that looks down onto the town of Torrevieja and right to the salt lakes. It has twin beds, built in wardrobes, chest of draws and 2 bedside cabinets. The bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The second bedroom is downstairs and has a single bed, built in wardrobe/ set of draws and ceiling fan. ( Z Bed also available )
The main bathroom is upstairs and is fully tiled with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
A second toilet/washroom is on the ground floor
In the lounge area there is a Sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed.
The front of the villa is south facing and has been block paved, ideal for eating meals alfresco style.
All windows have grills and are independently alarmed. The whole of the villa is cover by a comprehensive alarm system.
It has a private driveway for off road parking The shed contains 2 new mountain bikes which are available to use.


Our Neighbourhood

The villa is situated in the residential area of Aguas Nuevas on the outskirts of northern Torrevieja. The villa has full use of a communal pool and is positioned close enough for a walk or bus ride into town. Nearby facilities include 2 commercial centres, Aqua park, sports centre and the large, newly opened Habineras shopping centre.

Torrevieja is a fast developing coastal town and is approximately 30 mins from Alicante and Murcia airports. There are numerous “ blue flag “ beaches, La Mata, La Zenia,, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name but a few. It is a short drive to 5 excellent golf courses. On Fridays there is a massive local market which is 20/25 mins walk away. There you can buy a large variety of local products.


About Us

I am a school teacher in my early 50's my partner is a sales Rep of a similar age. We have had successful exchanges to Australia. Canada and Spain. We usually swap for between 2 to 3 weeks. We need to exchange during school holidays but the swap does not need to be simultanious as this is a holiday home.
