The 1200 sq ft (110 m2) are on 3 levels all with views and the ground floor opens up to a 430 sq ft (40 m2) patio garden.

There is a suede couch with comfortable fold out double bed with curtain to close for private sleeping area if needed.

1st level upstairs : Bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and separate toilette / child's bedroom with single bed / Master bedroom with double queen bed.

2nd level upstairs : Office area with skylight / cosy guest bedroom with skylight and single or double bed mattress upon request.

Our Neighbourhood

We are situated in the NE quarter of CENTRAL PARIS right next to the largest park inside of Paris : a mere 10 min direct subway ride to the historical center of Paris (NOTRE DAME).

It is an easy 5 minute walk to 2 subway stations and 2 bus stops with direct lines to the Louvre - Opera - Notre Dame - Le Marais.

our home is also close to Gare du Nord train station for your side trips to London (2.5 hrs) and Brussels (1.5 hrs)

Our neighborhood is a lovely area called the "Mouzaia" located in the 19th district near the 19th-century romantic Buttes-Chaumont park. The dwellings are ivy-covered cottage size houses whose gardens open onto cobblestone alleyways - the charm of the country in an urban venue.

The neighborhood is mixed and trendy not far from La Villette and the Chinese and artistic quarters of Belleville and Canal St Martin :,,2260805,00.html

There is no need for a car as everything is accessible by foot in our neighborhood :

Stroll to the outdoor farmer's market on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings to buy fresh local French products : fruit, vegetables, herbs, cheese, roasted chicken take it for a picnic in the huge park down the street - discover our wonderful bakeries, cafes, restaurants and shops - have fun shopping in the French supermarket “Monoprix” just down the street open until 9pm - take a hike to the wonderful La Villette or the subway anywhere in Paris. There is also a lovely sauna nearby if you need to relax or have a massage after walking through the Louvre or Versailles all day.
