Beautiful villa with swimming pool at the edge of the Geneva Lake, 3 km to Evian and 11 km to the Swiss border. We have 5 bedrooms (being able to place 8 to 10 people), 3 bathrooms, large living room with very equipped open kitchen, living room and gaming room. The garden with terrace and BBQ offers a splendid view on the Alps and the lake.

Our Neighbourhood

We are located in a very beautiful area close to Switzerland and Italy. The first ski resorts are 10 min, Avoriaz, Chatel-Portes du Soleil are within 45 min. The Swiss stations are also close (Villars, Diablerets, Verbier, Zermatt, Gstadt etc).

The summer, for the sportsmen, Evian with its golf is within 5min, the courts of tennis and the stadium is within 5min by foot. In the village we have all the conveniences (supermarket, doctor etc). The Swiss riviera (Montreux, Lausanne) is within 30min by car. Annecy within 1hour.


About Us

We are a family with 4 children (Simon 19 years, Robin 13 years, Elsa 11 years and Naà¯s 6 years). All is planned for them-computer with connection ADSL, Play Station, bicycles, toboggan table-tennis table and géneral all the games for them. I am 42 years old and I am osteopath. My wife, Edith, is a wise woman.
