Our Home
Beautiful sunny apartment of 6 1/2 rooms (120m2) in a detached duplex. Can receive a family like ours: two adults and two children. Located in full center of Montreal close to the downtown area (10 min. in the bus). Our apartment has a small garden with terrace, hammock, small pot, and full with flowers.
Possibility of having a BBQ and eating outside. The interior comprises 2 bdrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, an office and a bathroom. We have also a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an enclosed garage for the car which is included. Television, stove, refrigerator dishwasher, are included, of course!
Our Neighbourhood
Our district is calm but very near to all the services. At five minutes by foot there is access to two subway lines, several lines of bus, a library, 2 delicatessen and a great surface, 2 pharmacies, two bookshops, bakeries, restaurants of different nationality, coffee, a hospital, medical private clinics, a small park and several other shops.
Then, further but always accessible on foot there is, a shopping center, a municipal external swimming pool, a sporting center, a university, two other hospitals, the St-Joseph oratory with a unspoilt view on Montreal, and the Mont-Royal where it is good to walk, bicycle and picnic. Our district at the base of the foundation of Montreal is filled with history. It is very coloured and multi-ethnic. The children adore it for all the activities offered in the vicinity: bicycle, swimming pool, park, shows for children, etc.

We are a family of 4, wishing to undertake our first home exchange. We are respectful, open and cordial people.
We would like to welcome you to our place, so that you can discover the beautiful town of Montreal, take part in the festivals of the 400th birthday of the town of Quebec and discover the remainder of our province and in exchange, we would like to discover a small corner of your place.
