Modern interior, the house is made up of 3 levels: a double living room, dining room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms (2 children rooms with single beds and a baby room with a small bed) and one bathroom on the 1st floor and a very large room for the parents under the roof on the last floor. small garden which will enable you to lunch and dine outside. Lastly, a large cellar is located under the house with gaming room for the children.


Our Neighbourhood

Very calm residential district 5 minutes walk from the subway "Mairie des Lilas" (line 11 which take you along in full center of Paris in less than 20 minutes). The street in which we live is made up of small houses. Shops are in the vicinity (5 mn by foot). You will find there a baker, butcher, cavist, supermarket.

More about the neighbourhood

all the shops are in the proximity. A small very nice park for the children is located in 100 meters above our premises. Within a few km of the city of sciences of Vilette and 30 km to EuroDisney.


About Us

We are a couple with three children. We are 40 and 42 years old, our son is 10 years old and our daughter 9 years and we hae a little baby. My wife works at Air France in Roissy and myself, I am Marketing Manager of a marketing services company.

We like much to travel abroad and we think that the system based on the exchange of house is appropriate to us completely. It is the first time that we decide to carry out an exchange of houses.
