Lovely, modern home, 120 m2,nice garden in a great location.

The local region is very attractive, and one of the most dynamic in France at present: touristy and therefore lively, with a lot of attractions.

Cultural festivals (Festival de Radio France et Montpellier Languedoc-Roussillon, the Dance Festival etc), sports events, religious pilgrimages (the Feast of Saint-Roch on August 16th, etc, etc).

Enjoy the lovely, sandy beaches at Palavas-les-Flots and La Grande-Motte, ideal for families with children, and then retreat to the hinterland, with its rivers, its historic past (Saint-Guilhem-le-Déser and, La Couvertoirade of Templar fame), and its magnificent landscapes (Pic Saint-Loup, Cirque de Navacelles, etc).

And in Montpellier there is no shortage of activities: skating rink, aquarium, planetarium, free zoo, cinemas, etc.Wine and "gastronomie"!

About Us

We are a couple (45 and 43 years old) with three well-behaved children (19, 17 and 11 years old).Only 1 or 2 travel with us now!
No pets,just watering in the garden.

Dad works for the French postal service, and Mum is housewife.15 swaps yet.
