You can go to PARIS with the Great Speed Train in 2 hours from Nantes.
By car, The Mont Saint-Michel is at 2h15 Normoutier island and the Vendée's beaches at 1 hour.
Closest beaches (La Baule, Saint-Nazaire) are between half an hour and one hour.

The district is very quiet and residential.
half mile from all conveniences (buses to Nantes, food shops, doctors and chemists, post office , tennis....)
There is 4 bikes , you'll can use them, in the country around, and a lot of country ways to make walking tours.

About Us

We are a 4 persons family.
Caroline works for Nantes's Harbour and Yves is IT Ingeneer for a bank society.
Agathe , 15 years old, is in secondary school and Alice, 12 years old, is a soccer player when she's not at school.
We also have a pleasant pussy cat named Isidore.
We don't speak very well english but we can manage with.
