Our Home

Our home is a wonderfully restored 100 year old Dutch Colonial Farmhouse in San Rafael (Marin County) California. Four large French window doors open from a cooks kitchen to the back yard. The backyard is a tropical retreat with a large deck, a hot tub and a club house for kids.

Our Neighbourhood

Our home is located in a historic neighborhood in San Rafael. The main shopping and eating district,4th Street, is only a few blocks away.In addition, a farmers market is held every Thursday evening on 4th Street. San Rafael is 20 miles north of San Francisco and located in Central Marin County.

About Us

Bob, a former high school teacher, is the co-founder and Chief Education Officer of Envision Schools, a non-profit organization that manages new, innovative public high schools in the bay area focused on preparing students for success in college - especially students who will be the first in their family to go to college. Cathy is the music teacher at a local elementary school. She is an Orff trained music teacher and a vocal musician.

Evelyn (11) and Brendan (9) are active in music and sports in their schools and community.
