Each bedroom has direct access to the gardens with fantastic views.
The house features all modern amenities, including wide-screen cable TV, a computer with fast Internet, WiFi connection (but please bring your own computer!), fax, DVD (European and US standards), VHS, and a Hi-Fi stereo system.
Terrace with lounge chairs / Outside barbecue.
Comfortably sleeps 8/10 people.
Parking: inside the property, behind a solid automated cast-iron gate. Surveillance camera, and fully-equipped radio-controlled alarm system.

The villa is conveniently located on a quiet, safe and sunny hill of Nice, on the French Riviera, with spectacular 3602 views of the Mediterranean and the French Alps. Easy and quick (5 minutes!) access to the beaches and Promenade des Anglais in the centre of town.
