Our Home

This is a guest house, completely furnished with everything from soap to towels and linens. The kitchen is completely equipped, even has a blender for those frozen drinks. I am the owner and offer studios up to 3 bedroom units. We are 1/2 block from the beaches of Ocean Park. This is a suburb of San Juan.

You will be walking distance to many restaurants and bars and can take public transportation or a taxi to Old San Juan or some of the further attractions. We are 4 blocks from the nearest tourist bus that goes to Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde. The apartments have just been completely refurnished. These are for rent or I would be very open to swapping.


Our Neighbourhood Beach

Great beaches of Ocean Park. This is less touristy than the Condado section, but still popular in the San Juan area. Especially popular to kite surfers, and wind surfers, this gay friendly white sand beach has many ocean front bars and restaurants.

We are minutes from the airport, and close to major attractions of Old San Juan, casinos, nightclubs, El Yunque rain forest, Arecibo Observatory, Camuy Caverns cave system, and many other interesting places to visit.


About Us

I am retired from the Coast Guard and now run vacation rentals. However, I love to travel to Europe, Canada, and within the US. I am hoping to visit Switzerland, Prague, Belgium, Luxemburg, Vancouver, Montreal, and many other locations and would love to swap locations for a week or longer. 3 months? 6 months? Lets do it.
