Lovely house in the country 5 minutes outside the village of Auchtermuchty. Surrounded by farms, very peaceful house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, play room and large garden with trampoline, swing set, patio furniture with bbq. The house has all the modern amenities that you would expect for modern living.

Our home is situated in Fife near St Andrews (the home of golf). The area is famous for its golf with numerous championship golf courses close by.

The house is ideally situated to discover Edinburgh (Scotland's capital city), Perthshire and its many lochs, Forth Valley and Sirling with its ancient history, and the East coast of Scotland with its traditional fishing villages and sea side towns. There is a train station 10 minutes away from the house should you prefer to discover Scotland by train.

About Us

We are a family of 4: Iain (45), Kristell (42), and we have 2 children aged 12 and 9. The children are used to travelling and well behaved.

More about us

We have already done many successful house exchanges: in Dordogne, Paris and Quebec and we've had a great experience every time! We are very careful and respectful of other people's houses and we have looked after garden and pets when needed.
We love travelling and we are opened to any suggestions! We will consider any options/destinations and will always reply to enquiries we receive.
