Little Venice is one of central London's most sought-after neighbourhoods, and is famous for its picturesque canal waterways, restaurants, characterful pubs etc. The area is very green with tree-lined streets and nearby parks. It is exceptionally safe and very quiet.

Transport links are excellent with tube and bus services on the doorstep. The flat is just 20 yards from the underground station, which can take you to main shopping areas such as Piccadilly, Soho and Oxford Street in only 10 minutes. There is also a canal waterbus service to places such as Regents Park and Camden Lock market.
