Panoramic views over Manly and Moreton Bay from hillside above village, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom seaside home. Bedrooms all have split level aircondioning. Gas fire in living room.
Daytime temperatures in Brisbane range from 18-22 degrees celcius (June- August)during our short "winter" and from 28-33 degrees celcius for the rest of the year.
Our Neighbourhood 
Pub and cafes,supermarket,post office, chemist etc only about 150 metre walk from house. Combined cycle/walkway along waterfront for 5.5 kms. Marina, boating, yachting fishing. Golf course 2 kms away.Train to city 35mins. Brisbane is a sub tropical river city of approx 1.4million people. Gold Coast (Surfer's Paradise) 1 hour drive.
Sydney 1 hour flight.
Cairns (Great Barrier Reef) 1 and a half hour flight.
Ferry trips to nearby Moreton and North Stradbroke Islands.
About Us
Retired business people.
We would like to exchange a home in Edmonton, or Jasper National Park in Alberta, Canada for a period of about a month, between May and September, 2009.
