Our Home

This is a lovely house with beautiful views over a valley of wine groves. The large south facing terraces and pool area are accessed through 3 double veranda doors opening off the spacious and bright living/dining area.

The house itself is only 8 years old and has a superior fitout in the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Modern facilities are complemented by tasteful antique touches.

The main bedroom is ensuite, both bathrooms have his and hers sink units and shower/baths.

There is an additional small bathroom off the living room.

Linen and towels are provided with a weekly pool cleaning and maid service.

You will find it irrestible to spend breakfast and dinner on the terrace overlooking this beautiful setting.

The local village has all you need with outdoor cafes and restaurants and four swimming coves.


Our Neighbourhood

The town has kept much of its unique medieval character. The Royal Castle separates the bay and is surrounded on one side with cafes, shops and art galleries. Caught between the bay and the sea stands the church, adjacent to the ancient lighthouse that now serves as a bell tower. The rose dome atop the tower is the trademark of romantic Collioure.

About Us

My Wife and I are close to retirement and enjoy travelling to new places.

We plan to go to Sydney for christmas 2007 ( Dec 16th - jan 6th) We have a son who is working in a school there.
