House of 87 m2 located in a quiet village at the full heart of Burgundy and only 5km of rural Auxerre. Countryside with wood which surrounds the house creating a relaxing framework. House made up of 6 rooms including 3 rooms of approximately 10m2, a living room dining room, a kitchen, WC and a bathroom.

Monéteau is located at only 5km of Auxerre and with 1h30 of Paris.Burgundy being famous for its wine, we are in the middle of the vineyards of Windfallen wood, Irancy, Chitry and Coulange the Vinous one or are many cellars to visit. Discover also the Hospices of Beaune and the town of Dijon with 1h20 in the car.

The natural basin of the bumblebee with 55km offers activities like the bathe, fishing, the water skiing… Of many castles with neighbourhoods like Guedelon or Holy fargeau as of the strengthened cities as Vezelay make it possible to discover the history of Burgundy.

About Us

We are a family of 3 people made up of a father and of his two daughters who are 16 and 18 years. We would wish to take part in an exchange of house of July 15 to July 30 with serious people wishing to discover our beautiful area.

More about us

This exchange will allow us to leave in vacancy in a country and a city to the culture and the rich landscapes in order to spend two weeks distracting to less expenses thanks to a reliable exchange.
