Large, modern, open-plan house in quiet suburb of Sydney, a few minutes walk to the stunningly beautiful harbour. 20-minute drive / ferry ride from Opera House and CBD. Games room with table-tennis and pool table.

Gladesville is a very quiet neighbourhood yet we are only a few minutes walk to the harbour and 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and a major bus route to the Opera House and CBD. The bus takes 20 minutes.

We're also close to the harbour ferry, (a 25 min walk or a few minutes drive and free parking), the best and most picturesque way to travel to the city, taking you right to the Opera House!
Sydney is famous for its many beautiful beaches, most of the surf beaches such as Manly and Bondi being approximately 12 km away (30 minutes drive), and harbour beaches within a few kilometers. For those who enjoy walking, there are many stunningly beautiful harbour and coastal walks.
Gladesville is a very central point in that it's not too far from anywhere in and around Sydney. The unusual and spectacular Blue Mountains are a 90 minute drive west and the wine-growing region of the Hunter Valley is 2 hours north.
Sydney itself has many museums, cultural and historical attractions and plenty to do with children. We have an Entertainment Book with discount vouchers for all city attractions which we will leave for you.


About Us

We are a family of 4, extremely reliable and responsible. We have done one house exchange previously which was very successful. We would like to combine our love of skiing with our love of travel, and exchange to a location near a ski area. We are open to a 1-week exchange or a longer-term exchange, anything up to 5 weeks.
