Situated on beautiful Porter's Lake, Nova Scotia, we have a large executive home on a one acre lot with a large deck and dock right on the lake. Some of the features are home gym; large equipped office space; sailboat; motorboat; swimming; skating and cross country skiing from the back yard.

We are only 8 minutes from the world famous surfing haven, Lawrencetown Beach. We are walking distance to the Porter's Lake Provinicial Park and Kinap Canoe Club - great for family activities. This is a small, safe, rural community but schools and shopping are only 8 minutes down the road.
Halifax city centre is only 35 minutes away which has several great universities, a rich variety of cultural venues, lovely harbourfront complete with boardwalk, pubs and museums.

We would love to trade the ocean and lake for prairies and mountains for at least one year.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

Porter's Lake is a 21 km lake and is close to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a Provincial park just down the road from the house which is great for walking. There are elementary schools and shopping in the area.
The house is fully furnished and has all the amenities for comfortable living - including high speed internet and cable tv.

About Us

We are a family of 5 who would very much like to explore Alberta and BC.

We are a professional couple with three respectful and terrific teenagers.
