Our two storey home is located on the headland over looking the sea. Throw a stone and hit the water, and at the other end of our street is another beach. The house has a bar, large swimming pool, pool table TTennis table, marble bathroom, granite kitchen, 2 lounges/dining 3 bedrooms and the best sea views.

SEASIDE WALKS
• If you would like to explore the coastal
highlights on foot, a glorious seaside
walk awaits. Commencing at the western
end of Bulcock Esplanade, stroll to Kings
and Shelly Beaches and then proceed
to Moffat Headland and experience
views all the way to Point Cartwright
and even Mount Coolum rising in the
distance. A total of 4.3kms of strolling,

destination. The regions charm is characterised by its magic
serenity, country spirit and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
The Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve is a
subtropical rainforest strictly conserved for
the preservation and exhibition of natural
flora and fauna. This magical kingdom
consists of towering trees, rainforest wallabies and multitudes of birds and butterflies.
Gardners Falls is a picturesque
location. The swimming hole is
popular and a platypus lives in
the upstream pond.
The hinterland is a beautifully picturesque and scenic
destination. The regions charm is characterised by its magic

The Blackall Range is a wonderful
location for a romantic interlude. Escape
to a soothing setting and enjoy the view
of the Glass House Mountains from
your own, secluded suite. Soak in a spa,

relaxing rainforest stroll or indulge in a
rejuvenating massage.
• The Sunshine Coast Hinterland
Great Walk is a deeply fulfilling, eco-friendly
journey into the beauty of nature. The 58km
walks wind through the Blackall Range and
traverse some of the most scenic areas of
the hinterland including Kondalilla National
Park, Maleny Forest Reserve and Mapleton
Falls National Park. For a pleasant, relaxing
stroll try Tibrogargan Circuit or the Trachyte
Circuit, or even the Glass House Mountains
Lookout. Bring your camera!
Lake Baroon is a breathtaking blue expanse.
Stroll the 2km track to a vantage point overlooking
the Obi Obi Gorge. You, me, the birds and the bees.
The best things in life are free.
tandem skydiving. Try jumping out of an
airplane at 15 000 feet and free fall for up to
65 seconds. A truly memorable adventure.
• Rock climbers will enjoy the challenge
of scaling the peaks of the Glass House
Mountains. Abseiling is another avenue
for adventure with descents of 10 to 100
metres to contemplate. Going down!
• Golfing enthusiasts will cheer the
Caloundra clubs. Club Pelican has an
excellent course designed by Greg Norman.
State forests border Beerwah's tree-lined
18-hole course. The course at Caloundra
features kangaroos as spectators. Glenview
also has a par 3 to hone your skills.

Geoff and Janine have been married for 22yrs a loving profroessional couple with two very loved children Sam and Aliese.
Aliese is in her 4th and final year of physio therapy and Sam is in his first year in Sunshine Coast University doing a teaching degree in Science and Sports.

We have two cats (the boys) we love animals and will cherish/love and take very good care of your animals. We have a beautiful home located in the heart of paradise of beautiful beaches and tropical magic. Our home is large with everything you could need from expresso maker to swimming pool,bar,PS2,Tv in every room,new Honda civic for your use as well as a Ford 2001,Internet, gourmet kitchen,marble bathrooms and sea views. We are making our travel dreams come true and want to swop homes in America( New York,LA San Fran etc,Canada,Italy and will be open to any requests. We are leaving November 20 2007 and returning in mid Janurary 08. So if you have a home to swop and like ours we are happy to look at a few days to a week or a month or two. We are looking forward to swopping our home for many more years and exploring the magic of overseas travel.
