On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with everything needed, toilets with a wash stand and a very large open living room leading to a small terrace with a barbecue and a garden where we usually eat in the summer. On the first floor 4 bedrooms (one double bedroom and 3 single)
and a bathroom with seprated toilets. In the basement there is a laundry and a room where we have set a home theatre.

Our Neighbourhood

Le Pre St Gervais is a very small town. Everything is near : baker, grocery, post office, subway, bus. You won't need a car. It won't take you more than 30 minutes to get to the centre of Paris with the subway.
The nearest train station is Gare du Nord and the nearest tube station Porte des Lilas.

Our street is very steep ended by staircases which makes it quiet and safe. You hardly see any cars although Paris starts at the end of the upper street.

About Us

We are both specialized nurses and work in the nearby children hospital. We have 2 daughters (16 and 10) and a son (13). Anne is very much involved in local Associations. Philippe likes to care for his garden and loves cinema.
Anne has spent her childhood abroad, but we have not travelled many times together outside France.
