Each level has two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom. Upper level has covered Naya. Extensive terracing. Sunloungers, barbeque, etc. All mod cons including w.machine. dryer.

Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

Twelve mile stretch of lovely sandy beach is a 10 minute drive. The market town of Pego is 5 minutes away (shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, community pool). Denia is a 20 minute drive. Lovely mountain views and walks all around. Close by are golf courses. At Oliva Nova Golf Course there is a Spa and gym.

Alicante and Valencia airports are equal driving distances (and hour and a quarter away).

About Us

We are two professional people (women friends working in the health care professions)and would exchange our villa for a two bedroom property anywhere considered but especially Mainland Greece and/or the Greek Islands. One of us has fairly good Greek and French. We are happy to exchange our villa for a house, villa or apartment.

More about us

We don't necessarily require a pool. We would prefer a quiet location and are open to offers. Definitely NOT young and lively though. We are in our middle years!
