Our Home

Our apartment (100 meter square) is very quiet and sunny (large windows facing South and two sky domes in our living room), nicely decorated. It has three bedrooms and a large living-room (used to be an art studio, with high ceilings and sky domes), a relatively small kitchen (although we are also using it as dining-room) and one bathroom.

Our Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is very lively (numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars…) but is not overcrowded by tourists. Our pedestrian street (rue Daguerre) is famous for its lively market. It is also great for kids (pedestrian street, Parc du Luxembourg, Parc Montsouris…). It is located close to Montparnasse and the Quartier Latin (left bank).

It is very close to a public transportation hub (Denfert-Rochereau RER, metro and bus stations) that provides direct connections to the two Parisian airports and nearly all places you'd like to visit in Paris.

About Us

My name is Clotilde, my husband is Francois. We are 43 y old and have 3 kids - Noemie (12), Soline (11) and Thomas (7). Both of us are scientists working in biomedical research at the university and hospital.

More about us

We have exchanged our home twice in the recent past, with an italian family in Venice (2004) and with an californian woman last year (San Diego, 2006). Not only did we have a great time, but we also found that it was a fantastic opportunity to visit a foreign city and still feel at home with the kids! We are doing our very best to ensure that our guests will similarly feel at home in our appartment.
