Bega is on the NSW far south coast, also known as the Sapphire Coast, famous for its world renowned Bega cheese and rich dairy country, as well as the beautiful coastline a short drive to the east of the township where snorkelling; surfing; rock, estuary, lake and beach fishing; swimming; bushwalking in State Forests and National Parks and whale watching, can all be successfully pursued. Bega is 428 km (265 miles) south of Sydney via the Princes Highway and has a town population of approx. 5,000 residents. Unspoilt natural beauty and a valued ‘clean and green' image make it a prime holiday destination for both domestic and international tourists. About Us

We are both retired, family oriented, non-smokers, non-drinkers, in our late 50's and are respectful of other peoples homes. We have family in the Bega Valley that could assist with a smooth home exchange, including familiarisation with the local area, if required. We are also very flexible with our exchange period.
