Five bedroom, three bathroom house in village location, 4 miles from cathedral city of Worcester, easy access to quaint Cotswolds, Oxford, Victorian Malvern, Stratford upon Avon.

Our modern house is in the heart of the village of Kempsey with its four pubs and village shop.

We are within 3 minutes walk of the River Severn.

Despite its quiet village location the house is only ten minutes drive from the motorway which can take you to Cornwall (ancient seaside villages) in just over 2 hours, up the the Lake District in 2 1/2 hours, Birmingham in 30 minutes, and Bristol in 40 minutes. The Costwolds with ancient sandstone villages is a mere 30 minutes away, medieval river market towns of Upton and Tewkesbury and both 10 minutes away, Wales less than one hour and Shakespeare's birthplace a mere 22 miles. There are also some fabulous attractions within easy reach including Warwick and Eastnor Castles, several manor houses and gardens and Alton Towers if you like theme parks.

Our Neighbourhood

We live in a large, 400 year old riverside village with a wide range of amenities including 4 pubs (3 have restaurants), doctors surgery, a village shop and a Post Office. Our house is down a very quiet road which ends in a ford and NOT part of an estate. There is a nursery in the village that may offer child care intermittantly if pre-arranged.

Within 10 minutes there are two market towns with interesting shops and small town facilities. Also ten minutes away is the city of Worcester with its incredible cathedral, wide range of retail outlets and facilties such as swimming pools,leisure centres, theatre and cinemas.

About Us

We are a family of nature lovers who like to spend a lot of time outdoors. We love to swim, walk and cycle and watch nature but also enjoy cooking and eating out. We are quiet, clean and tidy.
