Medium floor-through Brooklyn apartment on the L (20 minutes to Manhattan) has 2 quiet bedrooms in back (windows open over the neighbor's garden) and sunny office in front with computer & internet access.

The kitchen is small but fully equipped and opens onto the living/dining room. We are on the second floor of a residential, owner-occupied condominium and we share a beautiful roof deck which is great for the summer. The entire building was renovated in 2005 so is nice and new, with hardwood floors throughout. The apartment is, of course, fully furnished (it is our home!) and has the normal amenities including TV, microwave dishwasher, washing machine, internet service, all of which you would be welcome to use in our absence.

Our Neighbourhood

Bushwick is a popular neighborhood for commuters as it is close to Manhattan and well serviced by the L-train. Our area is largely residential although shopping is within a few blocks walking distance. There is a park across the street from our place.

About Us

We are both teachers seeking to spend our summer vacation elsewhere.
