Our Neighbourhood GolfBeach

We live only metres from the mouth of the Mersey river which empties into Bass Strait. Consequently it is a one minute stroll to either the river or the ocean.

Devonport is a small city of 25,000. It has a good range of amenities.

We are only a short drive to several National Parks, world class trout fishing, excellent walking tracks and many wonderful little nooks to discover and enjoy.

Tasmania is truly a Jewel. It is only a one hour flight from Melbourne, or an easy overnight trip on a ferry. You can drive from the north of the island to the south in 5 hours - but why would you want to do that when there are so many wonderful things to see along the way. About Us

We are Paul and Jan. We are 55 and 44 respectivley. I no longer work and Paul is semi retired, still having a role in a family owned business. We love the fact that we now have more time to indulge in one of our favourite pastimes - travel. We love discovering new places, but also have lots of favourites that we would love to get back to.

More about us

We love the great outdoors, but also love the hustle and bustle of cities.
We are hoping to go to the UK in March 2010 and then on to Europe.
