The house was built in 1820 and is part of a large three story terrace. It has period features and is well appointed. It has 4 bedrooms (1 on suite), a shower room on the top floor, 3 bedrooms on the middle floor and family bathroom. ground floor has a hall, to stairs, to dinning room, lounge, kitchen, utility room and lower bathroom.

Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

We are 5 min's walk from the seafront harbour, cliff walks and 2 mins from the small town center. There are several golf courses within easy reach, Carnoustie links course being one of them. Dundee is 20 mins by car away and St Andrwes is easily to get to in around 45 mins.

Arbroath is an old scottish fishing town and is home to the world famous "Arbroath Smokie", there are some great walks in the area, both by the sea (Lunan Bay) and in the forests.

There are several local country parks, Monkie and we are close to Montrose and an hour by car to Aberdeen.

About Us

I am an area manger for a local charity and a social worker. I work with young people who are vulnerable and in crisis. I am a keen guitarist and have a small digital computer based studio in my house.

My Wife Roz is a manger for a large departmentstore in Dundee.
