NO EXCHANGE IN 2013-2014.Our confortable house of 210 m.c. on three level, with central AC system, has 4 bedrooms ( 1 queen-sized bed, 3 twin-sized ), a large dining room, kitchen, living-room, 2 bathrooms ( one fully equiped ), all appliances including dishwasher and TV set.

The patio is equipped with a retractable shade and the background is furnished with generous flowering and bushes, surrounded by a quiet public park. Two bicycles are available for you to use and enjoy the surroundings bike paths. A Nissan Altima ( 5 seats ) with AC is also included. We require that you be non-smokers and keep no pets.


Our Neighbourhood Golf

Our house is located in Centre-du-Quebec, in Drummondville ( pop. 60,000 ), one hour away from Montreal, one hour and a half from Quebec City and 45 minutes drive from Sherbrooke in the Eastern Township region.

Drummondville is a city that vibrate with arts and show all summer long : Legendes Fantastiques, an open-air multimedia show that take place at dawn, the Mondial des Cultures, etc.
The peace and quiet of a medium-sized city with an easy access to both Montreal and Quebec City = an obvious choice to discover our Quebec. Here are some internet sites of interest : ( 400,000 spectators up to now ) vidéo( 250,000 vis. per year ) ( 75,000 visitors per year ).


About Us

Retired couple in their fifties willing to trade their house for a five week to six months period, depending on your proposal. France, Corsica, Spain, Italy, Western Canada as well as several others are destinations that appeal to us. We have three sons, 22 , 25 and 27 years old, both of them are self-governing so we have decided to travel.
