Our Home

We offer to you a family house of 10 rooms including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, an information room and a gaming room in exchange for an equivalent residence in your corner of the country. We are located in the town of Bay Comeau, at the doors of Manicouagan.

We are a couple of , nonsmokers with 3 children of 12, 13 and 15 years. We wish to exchange for a fifth consecutive year our house for August 2007 and/or July in Europe.


Our Neighbourhood Golf

You will be able to discover the hydroelectric complex Manicouagan-outarde, the St. Lawrence river and its creeks. Sea kayak, boat, trout fishings and with possible salmon in the vicinity, observation of the whales, via ferrata, bicycle, quad 4x4 and golf in less than one kilometer are only some of the activities possible in the area.

You will be able to also observe the black bear in sound habitat. The natural park of Pointe-Aux-Outardes makes it possible to observe more than two hundred species of birds. We are halfway located between Tadoussac (two hours in the car) and Seven-islands on the road of whales which skirts the coasts of the St. Lawrence. It is also possible to make an escapade into Gaspésie directly across the river (broadly 50 km) from Bay-Comeau to Matane.

We have material for river fishing and on the lakes (5 meter boat, engine 3 HP, canes with moucher and winches.) the species to be fished are the trout, the Atlantic salmon, the pike and touladi.
