Apartment of 68 m2 in middle-class building of 1902. One of the best districts of Nice, Cimiez. 4m high ceilings. Very bright and calm. Much charm, elegant and very clean: a large entry, a living room (TV, HiFi system), kitchen completely equipped, double bedroom, bathroom with WC and bidet, separate WC, arrangements.

The building is 20 minutes by foot to the beaches (Promenade des Anglais), ten minutes to the town centre and shops, close to the museums Chagal and Matisse, the Roman Arenas.

More about the neighbourhood

In winter, during the day one can go to ski in the mountains (one hour by car) and the evening, return to drink glass of wine at the seaside… After midday, one can also go have a coffee in Cannes, on the Small cross, in Menton, Antibes or to Monaco, to the Café de Paris. Every Monday there are the secondhand markets with the Saléya Course of Nice and every Friday one can go to Italy, at the pitoresque market of Vintimille…
