North San Diego County Suburban 4 bedroom 3 bath 2-story house, high ceilings, windows and skylights make a bright home. Masterbedroom has queen with deep tub. Two other bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. One has a twin bed; the other has two twin beds including a large bookcase of games for all ages.

The downstairs bedroom also has a twin bed and its own bathroom across the hall. The diningroom easily seats 8 with the unique feature of a beautiful handmade mohagany round table with lazy susan. There is also a kitchen nook dining area for game playing or quick snacks. The family room serves as a schoolroom/library including two computers desks with high-speed internet connection. The livingroom also has an extensive library of books for all ages as well as a complete entertainment center with many DVDs/videos to choose from. Our private and spacious backyard is a great place to play and relax with a lawn for badminton, etc., a covered patio table, chaise lounges, gas bbq, and a large, solar heated pool with diving board. The attached garage contains a washer/dryer. Bikes, boogie boards,golf clubs, 2 cars and a van are available.


Our Neighbourhood BeachGolf

We are at the hub of all there is to do in Southern California. The Oceanside pier and beach (home of some of the best waves in California) are 15 minutes west. South of us is Sea World and the S.D. Zoo ( 45, and 35 minutes away). The Wild Animal Park is 20 minutes east. 75 minutes north is Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland with L.A. 1.

75 hours away! Shopping, theatres, and restaurants surround us. Our neighborhood is very quiet yet has immediate access to two main freeways which can take you to new outings each day.
