A very sunny and quiet loft in Montparnasse, at walking distance from Saint-Germain des Près, Invalides, luxembourg garden. 2 bedrooms, one with a little terrace and the other one with a mezzanine which is used as a study with Internet access.

The main room has an open kitchen, a dining room corner, a sitting room corner and an access to another small terrace where it is possible to eat - weather permitting. The entrance door is on the third floor, and a private staircase leads in the middle of the living room on the fourth and top floor of this small building. The exchange can be non simultaneous.

Our Neighbourhood

We are in one of the most lively part of Paris with many restaurants and movie theaters around. Still, our street is very quiet, and anyway the master bedroom is on the backyard side, so absolutely silent.

More about the neighbourhood

There are many supermarkets around and for the morning croissants, you have a delicious bakery just fifty meters away and two others more a little further. You can also walk to the Edgar Quinet market on wednesday and saturday mornings or to the Bd Raspail one on sunday if you feel like buying biological vegetables.
If you don't like walking, you have also the most convenient subway stations all around (Falguière, 100m away, Duroc, Montparnasse, Pasteur) and convenient bus lines. All these lines drive you directly in six or seven stops to the Eiffel tower or the Concorde place and in twelve stops to Montmartre. You can also take a train from the Montparnasse railway station (five minutes walk) to Versailles or why not Angers or Tours.
