A beautiful Victorian town house in the heart of this lovely, unspoilt seaside town.
The house consists of 6 bedrooms, two of which have full en-suite bathrooms and two share a 'Jack and Jill' style shower room. There is a large family bathroom with Victorian style roll top bath and separate shower.

We have a large living room with TV/DVD and a separate playroom with TV and further games consoles. The large kitchen/diner/conservatory leads out onto at sizable enclosed garden.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Our Neighbourhood GolfBeach

The house is a mere 5 minute stroll from all the amenities the town has to offer and the lovely pebbled beach. Budleigh Salterton is in an area of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' and there are many walks in the area along the famous Jurassic coast line.
The town consists of a few restaurants/cafes two pubs and many convenience stores.

Further afield you have access to Dartmoor national park and Exeter city is just a 20 minute drive away with its extensive shopping facilities and famous cathedral.
