Direct beach access with a marina on your doorstep and golf course overlooking apartment. The apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard with contemporary furniture including leather sofas, wooden patio furniture and natural beds. At your disposal are four swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, a sauna, small gym and secure underground parking. From the pool and garden area there is direct access to the beach and the bustling marina is only a few metres away. In the apartment, the floors are marble throughout and furnishings and décor are simple and modern with heating/air conditioning throughout. The sitting room is spacious and equipped with a television with Spanish & English TV, a DVD player and a mini hi- fi. Although this is our 2nd home there are home touches and a large stock of paperbacks (over 100), films and more than 100 CDs. There are two double bedrooms. A double with an en suite bathroom with powerful shower over and a twin room with shower room (travel cot bed available). The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave or you could spend time on the large balcony where you can use the gas barbecue and dine out overlooking the pools and sea.

Our Neighbourhood GolfBeach

The apartment is in a secure block with direct access to the beach. Within a few minutes is the La Duquesa Marina. In the marina there are several restaurants with different cuisines, numerous cafes and bars, a bank, a small supermarket and other facilities. Among the many attractions ­are: The La Duquesa yachting marina.

Miles of uncrowded Blue Flag beaches – no hi-rise development. Promenades with bars, restaurants, cafés and services. Championship 18 hole golf course - par 72 in walking distance. Several top class courses around. Shopping and bustling nightlife minutes away. Easy airport access (from Malaga, Gibraltar or Jerez and further afield Granada) via the motorway. Easy access to the Andalucian cities of Granada, Jerez, Cordoba, Seville, Cadiz, Gibraltar, Tarifa and the Pueblos Blancos (including Ronda). Morocco is also a day trip via a ferry or hydrofoil. There is an excellent hypermarket on the outskirts of Estepona, a 15-minute drive away, with a huge array of seafood and local produce. A new supermarket has opened within walking distance, which should provide for all your needs. The locally produced fruit and vegetables have a long season.

About Us

We are a professional couple late 30s early 40s with a very well-behaved daughter who will be 4 in September 2007. We love architecture, food, art, theatre and spending time together as a family. Sometimes we travel with either set of grandparents.

More about us

We would like a week in New York City in Spring 2008 (1st pref 24-31 May, 2nd pref 5-12 April, 3rd pref 20-29 April) Also looking for 2 weeks 16 -30 August to Brittany or the Vendee. Exchanges need not be simultaneous.
