United Kingdom / South and South East England / Guildford
We live in a detached 1930s house in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of local shops and within a twenty minute walk of Guildford town centre - mainline stations which take you to London waterloo in 30 mins.
Our property benefits from three bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, lounge, dining room and large open plan kitchen with french doors leading to the back garden.
Guildford is a picturesque town dating back to the 1400. It was here that William the Conqueror built the only royal castle in Surrey, and Guildfords status as the county town was confirmed by a charter by Henry III in 1257. We have a flourishing weekly market - in addition to cinema theatre, sports centre and a beautiful riverside setting.
