New 3-story alpine-style townhome (1,344 sq. ft.)in the charming mountain community of Radium Hot Springs, situated on the doorstep of Kootenay National Park and nestled between the beautiful Rocky and Purcell mountain ranges.

We have a deck off the kitchen/dining room with a gas barbecue, an office/tv room downstairs with high-speed internet and cable tv, and a comfortable lounge on the main floor with gas fireplace. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in closet, plus 2 other bedrooms with queen beds.

All the amenities, including natural hot spring pools,championship golf courses, birdwatching in the Columbia wetlands, alpine meadows filled with wildflowers, soaring mountain scenery, as well as many hiking/biking and walking trails. A flock of Rocky Mountain Big Horn sheep may be spotted grazing on the steep hillsides.

Lake Windermere is closeby and has 2 public beaches. The larger centre of Invermere is just down the road with shops, pubs, and restaurants. There are antique stores, 2 large grocery chain outlets, pioneer village museum, and a historic movie theatre still in operation. Panorama is a world-class ski resort and a 30- minute drive from Invermere. Amenities include Greywolf Golf Course, mountain biking, hiking, and white water rafting.
