Family friendly home close to Disneyland and local attractions. Bought 2 years ago, the house was in its original condition being built in 1961. We remodeled the kitchen, doing a complete redesign. New appliances.

Kitchen can accomodate 2 people (something my husband & I enjoy is cooking together) Has a adjoining eating area & also a breakfast bar that seats 3. The eating area also is where the "office" is, consisting of computer, phone, desk and printer. The house sits up on a little hill & when seeing the home from the front, you would never imagine what awaits you in the backyard. Take your coffee & a great book out back & enjoy our beautiful sunrise. In the evening, as the sun sets, relax in the breeze that comes up off the hill in the back. With 3 boys (4,12 and 16) house is kid friendly.

Our Neighbourhood

We are about 20 mintues from Disneyland & about an hour from the Southern Beaches(Newport Beach,Huntington Beach).We are directly on the "Orange County & Los Angeles County" border lines. A wonderful attraction that lives in the shadow of Disneyland is Knott's Berry Farm which should be a must see if you have children.

Los Angeles and Hollywood are only about 25 minutes from our home where night life, galleries, museums and fine dining are in abundance. The home is at the end of a cul de sac so there is safety & privacy. Wonderful neighborhood. Our neighbors will treat you as though they've known you your entire lives.
