A three storey victorian house five minutes walk from the harbour and beach. In the centre of the beautiful seaside town of St Ives.

Downstairs the house has a kitchen, tv room and lounge. The tv room has a working fireplace if you want to have a fire in the evenings.Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a bathroom.

The main double bedroom has views over the sea.

At the rear is a parking space, a sun terrace and a large garden.

This is an older house, so nicely decorated but not perfect. Ideal for a family with children or teenagers. Smoking is allowed.

We are right in the centre of town. St Ives has many galleries, shops, bars and other attractions. All of these are within short walking distance. There are four beaches also nearby.

St Ives theatre and cinema are just one minute away, plus several pubs with live music.

About Us:
Steve (44) is a freelance consultant and trainer. He also developes web sites and manages a heavy metal band.

Jo (51) is a textile artist and has a studio at home.

Steph (21) is a student, studying Theatre & Performance at university.

Dorcas (13) is at school. She is a member of Cornwall Youth Theatre and wants to be an actress.
