Lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath Marin County home. Quiet street, only 1 block to pool, grocery store, etc. 30 minutes to San Francisco/Wine Country, and 60 minutes to beaches.
My home is spacious, airy, & light with modern, comfortable décor. Sleeps six comfortably. Master bedroom has 1 California King size bed and TV/DVD/VCR player.

Large kitchen has gas stove, electric oven, large fridge, automatic ice maker, small TV and all kitchen tools imaginable. Kitchen/dining room seats six with extra chairs and tables available. Living room/front room includes full size couch, chairs, and fire place. Family room/Den includes TV/VCR/DVD player, coffee table, couch and chair. Outdoor patio has table for six with umbrella and 2 lounge chairs for sun bathing. Garden has flower and vegetable beds. House amenities include: air conditioning, washing/dryer machine, etc.

The neighborhood has something for everyone. Huge new pool, parks, hills and hiking, gourmet grocery store, ice cream shop, Japanese resurant, Mexican restaurant, post office and amazing pizzeria – all only 1 block away!! Excellent area for cycling and close distance (1 mile) to large mall with many shops.
