QUIET DUPLEX/LOFT OF 175M2 IN CENTER OF PARIS + LITTLE COUNTRYHOUSE!!!! WE WOULD LIKE TO GO SOMEPLACE WITH A PRIVATE SWIMMINGPOOL. Our apartment is on the topfloor of an industrial building, in a small deadend street with no traffic. There is an elevator to bring you to the third floor.

From our apartment you have a very nice view on Paris. The windows are very big industrial style and the house is filled of light and sun. The livingroom(75 m2 = 750sq.ft) is very modern and comfortable with very high ceilings. The kitchen is open and well equiped. The floors in our house are of wood. There are two bedrooms, and a big comfortable bathroom with bubble bath.
You could use our car and parking space if you wish and maybe go to our little countryfarm 1 hour from Paris. The countryhouse is very different than our place in Paris. Very small little town (10 houses) in the middle of french countryfields. The countryhouse is build of old calkstones and decorated in a old french style.


Our Neighbourhood

Paris. There are so MANY things to see and to do that I don't know where to start.
We have several metrostations right next door that will take you anywhere and our neighborhood is known for the little restaurants and cafes. If you have any special interest we can get all the informations you need before you come.

More about the neighbourhood

1 hour north of Paris. We go there to enjoy the garden and listen to the birds. We go for long walks in the fields and go for biketrips on the little countryroads. We have many bikes (all sizes) and toys for inside and outside playing. You can visit castels and cathedrals. There are many and not far away. And in summertime there are little antiekmarkets every weekend!
The house is in Picardie area.( Between Compiegne and Soissons) If you have questions please ask!!!
